INCORRECT ADDRESS/RETURNED MAIL

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out.
Orders that are lost due to an incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded.

LOST PACKAGE?

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. We will not replace a product when tracking says "delivered."
